Welcome to the ever-growing community of Never Offline(R) users! This exciting and easy-to-use revolutionary communications service/software allows you to be connected to the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using either America Online and or an Internet Service Provider.

It's simple. Using your current AOL or ISP account, NOL automatically logs you online, and keeps you there. Once online, you can enjoy all the same internet services you normally do like email, chat, web surfing and more, only now it's 24/7. NOL will also ensure your PC clock maintains atomically correct time using an Atomic Clock online; the worlds most accurate time pieces. NOL also allows you to surf any internet site using it's built in NET and NOL Keyword Launch, and there are also built in keywords for frequently visited web areas. Besides the NET Launch, NOL is always within your reach by having the ability to stay on top of all other applications, allowing you to launch web sites and keywords from on top of all other applications currently running. With the built in Internet Search Portal (SM) keyword (isp) and hyperlink, you have multiple search engines within your control which you can search simultaneously, allowing you to find anything on the internet, and FAST. Never Offline(R) means just what it says, and this means 24/7 internet access. Just like your electricity, and telephone, NOL is designed to be be there for you 24/7.

Now that we've explained how Never Offline(R) works, let's get you registered and NOL. Read the license agreement below, and when you've agreed to it, you'll be all set to join the Never Offline(R) Community!

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

License Agreement for Never Offline(R) (End User License Agreement)

By clicking below, you warrant that you are eighteen years or older and agree to use the Never Offline(R) software ("Software") and service ("Service") as provided in this License Agreement.

AMO (America's Multimedia Online http://amo.net) may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify or discontinue the Service; limit, terminate or suspend your use of the Service; and/or make changes to this License Agreement. To terminate your License, simply discontinue using the Never Offline (R) Software/Service and delete it from your computer.

NOL is FREE to use for the 30 day trial period, after which NOL must be registered to continue to use NOL. We will not tolerate any attempts to steal illegal copies of NOL and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the LAW.

You understand that you use the Software at your own risk and, that in general, AMO provides no assistance other than the information posted on the NOL Web site (including the built-in NOL web pages) located at http://NeverOffline.NET. AMO is in no way liable for any claims arising from your use or misuse of the Software Service.

The AMO.NET privacy policy governs this Service. You can view this policy at http://amo.net/amoPrivacy.html.

AMO and NOL are protected by FEDERAL and International Copyright laws, and all copyrights, trademarks and service marks incorporated and in use by AMO and the NOL Software are owned exclusively by America's Multimedia Online and/or Dustin D. Brand.

AMO grants to you a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Software on one computer, pursuant to the terms hereof, to connect to the internet using Never Offline (SM) only, and you may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, UNLESS SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LEGALLY INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION. AMO'S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO USE OF THE SERVICE AND THE SOFTWARE SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF ANY SOFTWARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE. NEITHER AMO, ITS EMPLOYEES, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, DIRECTORS, NOR AGENTS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IN THE EVENT SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, AMO'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

If any part of the Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed to reflect, the parties' original intent, and the remaining portions remain in full force and effect. The laws of the State of New Mexico, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, govern the Agreement and your registration, and you expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute arising from the use of the Service and Software resides in the courts of the State of New Mexico.
