Founded in 1992 by myself, Dustin D. Brand, on August 3rd which is also my Birthday, AMO began it's life.

Started in the computer world of technology, AMO began as a Bulletin Board System or (BBS) with myself as the SysOp (or System Operator). For perspective, America Online is a BBS, which evolved directly from MajorBBS Software, a popular BBS Software of the time. AOL became the worlds largest BBS and remains such to this day.

Founded in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1992, in the same city where Microsoft was founded in 1975, I was only 14 at the time. I began programming online software, specifically for the Synchronet BBS Software and successfully released many BBS Software Products still in use today.

The Ultimate Command Modules™ was one of my first commercial Software products, combining several others. I was programming online Software before the internet became mainstream.

With the release of TUCM SysOp Control Center, AMO was accessible on the internet via our current global domain AMO.NET. 1996 was also the year in which I turned 18 and was able to legally register AMO as a business under my name. AMO was registered on my Birthday, August 3rd, 1996.

In the transition from BBS to internet, AMO was already well founded in online services and software from the experience I gained programming BBS Software and providing BBS Services. AMO's TUCM BBS Product was being used worldwide in over 25 countries. Embracing Internet Technology so early, as early as 1993 gave us an egde.

Never Offline™ began development early on, with global tests in 1995, and final release in commerce on August 3rd, 1996. Within 5 years, Never Offline(SM) had over 5 Million registered users "NOLers" in over 100 Countries worldwide.

Never Offline™ has received various awards including a Ziff Davis Editors Choice award, and NOL™ has been featured on various computer television shows worldwide.

On the day AMO turns 9, today, August 3rd, 2001, I am happy to announce the release of P5™ Software, and hopefully other great news throughout the day today.

P5™ Software has gained global attention since it's initial press release on July 2nd, and has attracted Government Agencies worldwide as well as Private Organizations in it's help in Fighting Internet Piracy and Internet Crimes.

I wanted to thank all the users of Never Offline™ (NOLers) for their great support throughout the years, as well as all my faithful readers who read my articles, and finally the Government Agencies and Private Companies for their support in P5™ Software. I look forward to growing AMO each following year and to a great 10th anniversary!
